Children at Bruntsfield Community Nursery are lucky their wonderful teachers read them poems regularly. 🙂

They love the idea of carrying one of their very own, so set to work writing a poem to carry all about their ‘Mummy.’

Mummy is like….

A sofa to lie on to have a rest,
Soft and bouncy
Bedtime, reading stories and lullabies,
An orange, like the moon, juicy and sweet
Summertime, sunny and warm,
A rabbit, soft and cuddly

By Sarah, Ivy, Rachel, Amber, Quinn, Rose and Riley at Bruntsfield Community Nursery.

What a lovely poem, well done to the children for coming up with something so special! And I quite agree about the teachers at Bruntsfield being brilliant with the children

🙂
