I found it really hard to choose just one poem that I carry as there are so many poems I love. I picked ‘Things’ by Fleur Adcock in the end as I’m not sleeping very well at the moment and it sums up my state of insomnia very well.

Sophie Moxon lives with her husband and their toddler in Edinburgh.
